Federation Renovation

A Federation era brick Edwardian architectural style originally built in 1910. A rear addition was added in the 1970’s. The existing dwelling has currently been guttered and is carefully being reconstructed. The rear addition has been demolished and in its place a modern addition containing living, kitchen and entertaining areas opening on to a large garden area.
